BEFORE PLACE YOUR ORDER:

I recommend you BOOK WITH TIME!! (2 weeks before at least) If we are full when you place the order, unfortunately we will cancel it (money will be refunded to you).

This product is handmade and that is why we take at least 7-14 days to prepare the order. We usually deliver the order 2 weeks before your event. If you need them urgently contact us (extra fee).

SHIPPING:

Delivery times are subject to USPS delivery. Once shipped, time in transit varies depending on your location. Estimations of delivery time (once shipped) within the U.S can range 1-2 days or as much as 1 week depending on location, weather, holidays, and other factors beyond our control.

For personal deliveries in McAllen, TX. We deliver in public spaces, for example: HEB Pecan/Ware.

PLEASE NOTE:

• The boxes come fully decorated and ship flat to prevent any damage while shipping.
• Little Factory does not ship boxes filled with any treats or edible goodies.
• If you would like to change any detail about the box please feel free to message me and I will be willing to customize it.
• All boxes are handmade therefore no two will look exactly the same.
• We do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds.
