• If we are fully booked when you place your order, we will cancel it and issue a full refund.
• This product is handmade, which requires 7-14 days for preparation. We usually deliver your order 2 weeks before your event.
• If you need expedited service, please contact us (an extra fee will apply).
• Local deliveries are made in public locations, such as HEB Pecan/Ware.

For National Shipping:

• I recommend placing your order at least 3-4 weeks before your event to account for shipping time.
• This product is handmade, which requires 7-14 days for preparation.
• Shipping time is additional to the preparation time. Once shipped, transit time varies depending on your location.
• Estimated delivery time (once shipped) within the U.S. ranges from 1-7 days, depending on location, weather, holidays, and other factors beyond our control.
• If you need expedited service, please contact us (an extra fee will apply).
• A picture of your completed order will be sent to you as proof of our work. Please provide a correct phone number and/or email at checkout.

Shipping:

• Delivery times are subject to USPS schedules. Once shipped, transit times vary based on your location.
• For personal deliveries in McAllen, TX, we deliver to public locations such as HEB Pecan/Ware.

• We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds.
• They are not waterproof.
• Glossy: Printed on glossy paper with double-sided tape on the back.
• Matte: Printed on matte paper with double-sided tape on the back. Foil is usually included.
