Design

All of our products are custom-made. After purchase, we will ask for inspiration photos or images of your planned decor to match the design to your event’s style. A preview will be sent to you for review before printing, and includes two free round of changes. Additional rounds of revisions are available for an extra fee.

Order Guidelines

Plan Ahead! We recommend booking at least 2 weeks in advance to ensure availability. If we’re fully booked when you place the order, we will need to cancel (with a full refund provided).

Since this is a handmade item, it requires 7–14 days to prepare. Typically, orders are delivered 2 weeks before your event. For rush orders, please contact us (additional fees apply).

Shipping

We currently only ship physical products within the United States. Shipping times depend on USPS transit. Once shipped, delivery times within the U.S. can range from 2 days to up to a week, depending on factors like location, weather, holidays, and other elements outside our control.

For local pickups in McAllen, TX, we arrange personal delivery only at the HEB located at the intersection of Pecan and Ware.
