Design

All of our products are custom-made. After your purchase, we’ll contact you to discuss the design and your preferences. A preview will be sent to you for approval before production begins, and includes one free round of changes. Additional rounds of revisions are available for an extra fee.

Order Tips

Plan Ahead! To ensure availability, we recommend placing your order at least 2 weeks before your event. If we’re fully booked when you place your order, we will need to cancel it and a full refund will be provided.

Since this is a handmade item, it requires 7–14 days to prepare. Typically, orders are delivered 2 weeks before your event. For rush orders, please contact us (additional fees apply).

Shipping

We currently only ship physical products within the United States. Shipping times depend on USPS transit. Once shipped, delivery times within the U.S. can range from 2 days to up to a week, depending on factors like location, weather, holidays, and other elements outside our control.

For local pickups in McAllen, TX, we arrange personal delivery only at the HEB located at the intersection of Pecan and Ware.
