Design

All of our products are custom-made. After your purchase, we’ll ask for inspiration photos or details about the theme to ensure the design matches your event’s style. A preview will be sent to you for review before printing begins, including one free round of changes. Additional rounds of revisions are available for an extra fee.

Order Tips

Plan Ahead! To ensure availability, we recommend booking at least 2 weeks in advance. If we’re fully booked when you place your order, we will need to cancel it and a full refund will be provided.

Since this is a handmade item, it requires 7–14 days to prepare. Typically, orders are delivered 2 weeks before your event. If you need something urgently, please contact us (additional fees apply).

Shipping

We currently only ship physical products within the United States. Shipping times depend on USPS transit. Once shipped, delivery times within the U.S. can range from 2 days to up to a week, depending on factors like location, weather, holidays, and other elements outside our control.

For local pickups in McAllen, TX, we arrange personal delivery only at the HEB located at the intersection of Pecan and Ware.
