Design

All of our products are custom-made. After your purchase, we’ll reach out for inspiration images or details on your theme to ensure the design matches your event’s style. A preview will be sent to you for approval before printing, and it includes one free round of changes. Additional rounds of revisions are available for an extra fee.

Shipping

We currently only ship physical products within the United States. Shipping times depend on USPS transit. Once shipped, delivery times within the U.S. can range from 2 days to up to a week, depending on factors like location, weather, holidays, and other elements outside our control.

For local pickups in McAllen, TX, we arrange personal delivery only at the HEB located at the intersection of Pecan and Ware.
